yesterday was kinda interesting. went over to wenjie's house with the cake and the arm load of presents. in the end had to call him down coz i couldnt carry my cake, the presents and my laptop. =/ hahhaa.
i think he really likes just to open presents and start using the most interesting one. coz he practically tore open all of them before replacing his old wallet and started on the black mp4. hahhaa. typical.
kinda annoyed that his family took out the cake i gave him. but later wenjie explained that they had made a mistake as wenjie's dad bought him a cake too but they didnt know where so they assumed the cake in the fridge was it. GRRR. spoiled my mood coz i agonized over the details of the cake and they didnt care. -sighs- but it was his bday so i just pasted a fake smile for the rest of the time.
loads of cousins (some whom i've just met) came so they had free cake. and an aunt had just came down from US so she was hawking her stuff to the rest of his relatives. heh. one of his cousins are getting married in august so i kept teasing WJ that he could use the tie my grandma gave him but he later said that their weddings were kinda informal dressing. =/
we watched like three movies in one afternoon. >.< my eyes were aching after that. hehehe. we're gonna do 3-in-1 afternoon movie session on wednesday too. hahaha.
SUNDAY
today's my grandma's bday. my paternal grandmother. so we went to an indian restaurant to eat. wasnt as good as our regular restaurant and probably more expensive but my cousins said it was good so... -shrugs- i never liked spicy food so it didnt matter.
me, kev, lisa and wenjie practically attacked the leftover of wenjie's cake in the afternoon. hahaha. i LOVE vanilla sponge cakes. especially from that bakery in parkway. yummy! =D
